Beautifully designed spaces and incredibly friendly staff made the stay truly special! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, despite some ambient noise around.

The room was quite compact, leaving little room for luggage. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected.

Spent 2 nights here and loved the cozy atmosphere! The staff were super friendly, and I really enjoyed the in-room breakfast. But yikes, the rooms are tiny—definitely for minimalist packing only! Oh, and if you're a light sleeper, the airport noise early morning can be a bit much. Still, great spot for exploring London!

Our family stay felt like home. The staff's warmth, especially from Angelica and Simona, created a cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed relaxing in our deluxe room, especially the unique tub with TV. Don't miss the breakfast! Just note the room can be a bit warm at night.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the interactive exhibits in Wonderlab and watched a thrilling 3D film at IMAX. The room was spacious and had all the comforts we needed. The staff were super friendly, adding to the positive vibe of our stay.
